Responsibilities

As a Receptionist at Snoonu, you will play a key role in managing front desk operations and supporting office activities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Directing guests by coordinating with internal teams
  • Arranging beverages and refreshments for visitors
  • Managing food orders for employee events
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable front desk area
  • Handling incoming calls, screening, and directing them appropriately
  • Managing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Overseeing office decoration for events and special occasions
  • Coordinating with the Finance team for wallet top-ups
  • Raising and tracking expense requests through internal systems

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma (administration or hospitality background is an advantage)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
