Responsibilities
The Delivery Agent (LPG Driver/Filler) will play an essential role in delivering LPG cylinders and supporting depot operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Checking delivery manifests and preparing trucks for daily operations
- Delivering LPG cylinders to residential and commercial customers
- Collecting empty cylinders during deliveries
- Providing friendly and professional customer service on the road
- Supporting depot operations such as stocktaking and cylinder maintenance
- Filling LPG cylinders and assisting with truck washing and equipment upkeep
- Participating in weekend on-call rosters as required
- Ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
- At least 6 months of driving experience with a clean Class 2 driver’s license
- Experience delivering goods in a logistics or transportation role
- Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement or willingness to complete training
- Physical fitness to handle heavy LPG cylinders
- Availability for early morning shifts and on-call weekends
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to pass medical, drug, and background checks
