Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant independently
  • Take orders and serve customers accurately and professionally
  • Ensure mise en place and table closing are completed to company standards
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and wine list to provide recommendations and upselling
  • Interact with guests to ensure excellent service and handle inquiries or complaints
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with supervisors
  • Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team coordination
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in workstations and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to the role

Requirements

  • Diploma from a hospitality school or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
